I'm a self-taught photographer, born and raised in Eastern Finland and have been living in Helsinki for the past couple of years.
My main interests are landscape and travel photography, with a fineart directed twist, but I try not to focus too much on just one area and I rather explore things as open-mindedly as I possibly can. In the Gallery section you can browse my portfolio under different categories.

What's to know...
I've always loved to watch and observe things around me and at some point I found out that capturing my observations through the lens is something I really, really enjoy. I bought my first DSLR camera in 2007, so I'm very new to photography, but it's been a great ride ever since I got started.
I think I've already accomplished something more if even one of you gets something out of my photos and if I have played my small part in making people appreciate more the things and views that are surrounding them.
I'm mostly self trained and I consider myself as an ongoing project when it comes down to photography.
Well, I guess that goes with the life in general.
I belive that every human being is equal and too many people use their lives being oblivious to everything around them. Someone wise once has asked; “Since when did ignorance become a point of view?”.
